It is for that reason that we are implementing a customer service policy that is designed to give you direct access to people who can help resolve any problems you may encounter and can make decisions quickly.

 

At some stage, most of us have go to web sites and when we need to ask a question or we need to speak with someone to resolve a problem, it is almost impossible to find a phone number or contact the company. Then, if there is a phone number, there is an endless menu of options and if / when we get to speak with someone, we are fed a "menu" of set replies about "company policy". Finding an email address is almost as difficult.

We have a Skype link. We have a direct line to our CEO. We value our customers and believe in providing the same kind of service we would like to receive. If you need to send an email about any issue, this will normally be responded to within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) but in most cases, it will be within 12 hours.

 

Live Chat & Skype

 

We have installed a "Live Chat" and call free on Skype (Search on Skype for our Skype ID “laila_monroe”) facility so that when browsing our products, you can click at any time to ask any questions you may have. The aim is to have "Live Chat" and Skype available 24 hours a day 7 days a week but in the event of it not being available, there will be a facility to leave a message on Live Chat. All messages will be responded to within 12 hours from Monday to Friday but might be a little longer at weekends and holiday times.
