Delivery Information

All Monroe Bridal Wedding Dresses qualify for free shipping. Certain items like veils, headwear, petticoat etc. can only be ordered with a wedding (or similar) dress. For non qualifying products and to make sure all our customers are treated equally, delivery charges are the same no matter where in the world you live.

While many other dresses also qualify for free shipping, where there is a charge, it  is calculated depending on a number of criteria including the total value of the order as well as the weight and size of the package.

Shipping Time 

To ensure that all orders reach you in time and in good condition, we use reputable international carriers such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT and EMS. Depending on where in the world you live, shipping by Courier usually takes 3 to 5 days but allow maximum of 7 days in the case of a weekend or public holiday.

We deliver to most countries and areas but not all. If your country is not included in our "Drop Down Menu", please check with us before ordering to make sure we can deliver to your country.
