Monroe Bridal is a reputable and trusted business committed to offering its customers high quality products and we recognise our obligation to ensure that suppliers are operating in a fair and ethical manner. 

We demand that our suppliers provide an environment that protects employees human rights and dignity as well as their health and safety. To this end, we carry out inspections of our suppliers premises from time to time to evaluate working conditions and to monitor the treatment by the employers and management. 

All our suppliers are expected to comply with their national and local employment laws and regulations with regard to: 

• Minimum age of employment 
• Freely chosen employment 
• No harsh or inhumane treatment 
• Health and safety 
• Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining 
• No discrimination 
• Rates of pay
• Working hours 
• Terms of employment 

Monroe Bridal will never knowingly source products from countries which are in breach of the above principles. We also request our suppliers to apply the same principles when dealing with their suppliers. 

As our business continues to grow, we understand and recognise the importance of doing everything we can to support the rights of the workers involved in the manufacture of our garments and other products.
